Use your Trezor hardware wallet to securely access Trezor Suite. No usernames, no passwords — just your device.
Plug in your Trezor device (Model One, Model T, or Safe series) into your computer’s USB port. Avoid using USB hubs if possible.
Open the Trezor Suite desktop application or visit the web version (e.g. suite.trezor.io/web) in your browser. The Suite will detect the connected device automatically.
A prompt will ask you to enter your PIN **directly on the Trezor device**, not on your keyboard. This ensures the PIN is never exposed to the computer.
On Model T with touchscreen, use the on‑screen grid. On older models, you’ll use the device’s physical buttons. The PIN grid is randomized each session to prevent fingerprinting or malware reading attempts.
If you set up a hidden wallet with a passphrase, you’ll be prompted to enter it now. Enter the passphrase carefully on the device or Suite when required.
Each distinct passphrase unlocks a separate wallet. If you forget the passphrase, you will lose access to that wallet’s funds.
Once the device is unlocked, Trezor Suite will show a random number. **Confirm that this number matches exactly what appears on your device’s screen.** This ensures you aren’t being misdirected by malware or a “man-in-the-middle” attack.
After successful authentication, your dashboard, portfolio, and accounts load in Suite. From here, you can send, receive, swap, or manage your cryptocurrencies.
